While the units are very similar, the square footage between units varies up to 125 square feet per unit. The square footage is between 1770 and 1895. You will find that the units at Sutton Place Pinecrest may have changed a little over the years due to remodels or updates but they still all have very similar residential amenities.
Living in a condo means that you typically expect to have community amenities that all of the residents share. That is where a good portion of the monthly dues go. A few blocks away though you can access one of the shopping and dining areas of Pinecrest. Just North of Pinecrest you will find Downtown Miami, perfectly positioning you close to activities and entertainment while giving you private living arrangements.
The neighborhood is walkable but some other parts of Miami do have better sidewalk coverage and walkability. That being said, public transit in the area is good and the neighborhood is very easy to traverse on bike. With the gated community and included parking though, you can also get around by car if you choose.
