Midtown Six Information

Midtown Six is a mixed use development project which includes residential condominiums as well as commercial and retail office space. Midtown Six includes a 31 story residential tower which incorporates 447 residential units, in addition to 38,000 square feet reserved for retail and commercial space. Midtown Six is located in the popular Midtown district and is designed as a multilevel residential and community space which includes the residential tower, an urban plaza with shaded pedestrian mews, and the adjacent commercial and retail spaces that are expected to fill up as the project gets closer to being fully opened.



Residential Features



There are 447 total units spanning Midtown Six’s 31 stories; the floor plans for residential units have not yet been finalized and the square footage is expected to vary depending on whether or not it is a studio, one or multi bedroom apartment. So far, there is no information regarding whether or not Midtown Six will be a pet-friendly building. If it is, it will likely have pet fees and restrictions similar to other residential condominiums in the Midtown area.



So far, the exact number and scope of the residential features at Midtown Six are not known. More information is expected to be released as the project finishes up the developmental stage. What is confirmed so far is that residential units will have private terraces and impact resistant glass windows.



Community Features



Since Midtown Six is still in development, the final list of community features and amenities is not yet know. Residents will be able to enjoy a list of confirmed features, as well as an excellent location that is directly adjacent to convenient retail and commercial space. It is confirmed that a grocery store will be going up in one of the retail spaces available at Midtown Six, which will make it incredibly easier for residents to do their grocery shopping without having to trek to another store.
