Located right near millionaire row is Glasshaus, a small luxury community. The building is designed to be a collection of condos while still appearing visually to be a house. With yachts and marine life in mind, artists helped to contribute to the creation of Glasshaus while ensuring that it doesn’t clash with the community, an important part of any design.
A collection of people helped to make Glasshaus what it is. G.D8 led the development team for the project with the architecture and interior design being done by Varabyeu Partners. Morex Group managed the construction. A number of other individuals consulted on the project to help with the design. Each member of the team though, was picked for their proven ability to produce beautiful products.
Living at Glasshaus is being part of a small residence. You don’t have a whole tower of neighbors, instead you have just four floors. In those four floors you will find one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom designs. Each floor has a similar design and provides an interesting experience. Each home is full of amenities that aren’t limited to the views.
Large open floor plan starting at 1,080 for the one bedroom
You aren’t limited to the features that they find in their units. The Glasshaus design is made to give all of the features residents expect without compromising the home feel of the building. That includes designing the building to not feel like a Miami tower with apartment-style living crammed on top of a garage. The property is solely designed for residents and their guests.
With all of these features comes the added benefit of being located right in a bustling part of Miami. You can easily walk to any number of stores or restaurants to get your chores done without a car. Parks, local clubs, and other entertainment are also within walking distance. Not to mention some of the best schools in Miami. Anything else that you need is reachable in only minutes with the help of a car.
